Ok I realize that we've been slacking on the updates as of late. So here we
go:

First off we are proud to announce the birth of Phil's son Liam on May.24th
soon enough we'll be announcing the birth of Troy's offspring due to make an
appearance in August. Hence the reason we've been slacking on updating the
site.

Nocturnal Hearts is now out and available through Interpunk or at any of the
independent record stores in the maritimes as well as at live shows. We had
a very successful series of release shows throughout the maritimes playing
with great bands like: War Pony, The Stolen Minks, Percolator, The Rocking
Argentos & Dread. If you have yet to hear these bands do yourself a favor
and look em up on myspace they all have accounts.

New Merch is on the way as well. Our good buddy Justin Matheson is
currently designing new logos for our next run of shirts. Were also looking
into getting some bowling shirts made as well. Were currently sold out of
the current designs but more of those will be printed as well.

Moncton's second annual zombiewalk is set to take place July.14th. We plan
to extend the route this year because we'll have warm weather as apposed to
last year. The bar show that will follow the walk will be at the manhattan
once again and will feature: The Brains, Us & from halifax making their
Moncton debut Jim Rain & The Rebellion. This is currently the only show we
have booked as we will be taking most of the summer off but talks of
recording some new tracks have been floating around the rebels camp. Stay
tuned for more updates to come.

Greetings all, We've got a bit of news to bring your way.  First up, the album is currently getting mastered by Rene' Garcia from The Brains. So it won't be too long off before we have the finished product.  Were really excited to have our new material recorded. We will also be submitting a track or two to a few compilatons from as far off as Spain. We've also just received our new shirts so be sure to get them while supplies last, cause you know there gonna sell like flapjacks @ an all you can eat buffet.

In other news, Troy recently purchased an upright doghouse bass and is picking it up at a good pace so within a few months I'm sure he'll be giggin with it.

We have a few show updates so be sure to stop by the "Wrecks" page and see what wreckage we have coming up.

Holy Hell In A Hand Basket! What’s this a new Rock’n Rebels site?  Why yes it is, and about damn time too don’t you think?

Alright so down to business…We’re just about done with our new album “Nocturnal Hearts” aside from a lil bit O’ tweekin here and there.  We couldn’t be happier with the way it came out, so a big coutos to Mr. Jeremy O’Neil for all his hard work on the album.  We’ll also have some new merchandise in the works for those of you who wish to look as cool as El Diablo himself.

As far as shows are concerned we’ve played with some pretty kick ass bands so far this year, such as Sinkin Ships, The Brains, Flagship Sinker, SNFU to mention a few.  Also let’s not forget some of the homegrown talent that we’ve also shared the stage with, Percolator, Sour Grapes, The Dirt Track Dates, Shortsleeve & many more I probably forgot to mention.  What we’ve got coming up for shows would make the virgin Mary herself squeal in excitement.  First up we head to Halifax, NS to rip shit up with War Pony & The Hemingways then its off to our favorite city to play Fred-Rock-Ton with Barracuda Sunrise & Percolator. Then its back home to play with The Creepshow from Toronto & The Bandejos on Canada Day.  Then we throw down for a very good cause, at the “Suicide Prevention Fundraiser” show we’ll share the stage with Blood Royal, 3 Wide, The Bandejos & the Rock Island Line and all proceeds go to N.B Crisis centers.

Keep checking the “Wrecks” section in the future for all upcoming shows and hopefully we’ll see you sometime this summer.

Cheers!
The Rebels
